Chris Pietrzak-Wegner, CSCS is currently the owner of Metal and Earth, a strength & Conditioning and Food & Nutrition business in Minneapolis, MN.  He is a highly regarded strength and conditioning coach and trainer who has spent the past nine seasons working in professional ice hockey with the Nashville Predators, Pittsburgh Penguins and Minnesota Wild.  Chris has also served as a consultant to the Oji Eagles in the Asia Super League and H.C. Lugano in the Swiss Elite League.  In addition to Ice Hockey, Chris has trained athletes from Major League Baseball, Golden Gloves Boxing, competitive figure skating, soccer, tennis and everyday life.

Chris graduated from the University of Maryland with a Bachelor of Science degree in Kinesiology and Nutrition and is a Certified Metabolic Typing Advisor-Nutritionist and C.H.E.K.
