Kim McCullough, Director & Founder of Total Female Hockey, has trained, coached and consulted with over 3000 players and 200 teams, from 10 year olds all the way up to provincial and national team members, on how to take their on-ice performance to the next level through off-ice player development. She is also the Girls' Hockey Director and Head Coach at the PEAC School, a school for elite athletes in grades 6 through 12 in Toronto, Ontario, Canada. She also travels all across North America presenting workshops and camps that teach players, parents, coaches and associations how to develop the most complete players and teams possible both on and off the ice.
Kim is a former NCAA Division 1 captain at Dartmouth College (Ivy League) where she was also named a strength and conditioning All-American. After graduating, she played in the Canadian Women's Hockey League for 6 seasons in Calgary and in Toronto. After spending the majority of her hockey career tired, injured and frustrated, Kim has spent the last decade helping other aspiring female players avoid making the same mistakes she made so that they can realize their hockey dreams.
